The Site Visit
To kick-start your project, we will get along with you for a design consultation. This is where your ideas start to come to real life. It is a thorough process where we learn more about your property and help you explore what you can gain and project on the surface.
From this discussion, we will proceed with creating initial design conceptualization and architectural sketches and guide you through the improvement process. With the experiences and knowledge of the local area and council planning policies, we will be able to advise you on potential construction issues, planning norms, build-over agreements, and party wall considerations.
The design consultation will be either a 1-hour or 2-hour visit, depending on the size of your project.
The one-hour visit
A one-hour design visit is the best option if you are planning to work in a small parcel area which can lead to one building development.
The two-hours visit
This is suitable for a project encompassing more than one or two building developments, such as townhomes, villas, and apartments.
After the meeting, we send you the outcome of the meeting along with a list of the next stage services you will require to move your project forward to the design development.
